Situated on the top nine floors of Saskatchewan’s tallest tower, Nutrien’s corporate office delivers a world‑class workplace experience with expansive views and a strong civic presence. Designed in collaboration with Group2 | Perkins&Will, the project reflects the evolving role of the workplace as a strategic tool—supporting people, culture, technology, and performance in an increasingly competitive talent landscape.
The design establishes a clear, future‑focused vision that moves beyond trends, creating an environment that is approachable, flexible, and less hierarchical, while maintaining a confident corporate identity. Emphasis was placed on comfort, collaboration, and adaptability to support changing work styles and long‑term organizational goals. The project achieves the highest standards of performance and wellbeing, earning LEED Platinum, Fitwel, and Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility certifications.
