The 8,057 sq. m. Health & Wellness Facility offers a wide range of health related activities and services to all learners on the Olds Campus and in the greater community of Olds. It is a dynamic gathering centre focused on responding to learners’ individual needs. The facility is open to the community and is a focal point for the holistic approach to the personalized learning delivery of the Community Learning Campus, as it brings together high school, college, and community health and wellness resources. Operational synergies exist through the sharing of control areas, office space, meeting rooms, staff facilities, food service area (shared with core high school), change rooms, storage and other sports areas. The centre also provides many shared facilities for sports and leisure. It includes three gymnasiums, a fitness centre, indoor running track, a multipurpose room, various meeting rooms, and a smaller dance/fitness gym. In addition to the sports facilities, the facility also provides space for child and family services, Olds College student and career counseling services, health services as well as Olds Jr/Sr High School career counseling, and health and wellness services.
