The Community Learning Campus was formed as an entity to provide a strategic partnership between Olds College, Olds High School, the Town of Olds, County of Mountainview, and the University of Alberta. The CLC project is designed to provide a more direct transition between secondary education, post-secondary education and industry. Students’ educational experience is expanded and heightened by providing shared access of the facilities.

The Bell e-Learning Centre is a 2800m2 expansion of the current library that includes numerous computer labs, a media studies facility, extensive administration areas, leasable boardrooms. It also houses the Bell Canada Innovation Centre for Distance Learning for Olds College, and accommodates IT tech support for the College and Chinook’s Edge School Division.
